For the last few days I have been unable to run, suspend or resume modes nor can I control any devices from my mobile devices. Previously I was able to control everything using my ipad or android phone. The iPad has always been able to control modes and devices even when the android could not. Now both are unable. I have deleted and reinstalled on both devices. Anyone else having this problem? Is this further deterioration of this service from Verizon?

Looks like the problem was at Verizon's end, not your smartphone or the gateway. They got it working late Monday afternoon for me but the modes still won't run from a smartphone or PC. And by that I mean that if you click "Run" next to a mode, it does nothing. But, the modes still work as triggers and timed events.

The issue with the Modes seems to be resolved. The "On Demand" function appears to be working again both from a PC and a smartphone.
