Check in if you too have been unable to access VHM&C using your web browser. Since Aug 2 (which is of course a Saturday and Support was closed), I have not been able to access my VHM&C page from my web browser. I keep gettinig a message:
We're sorry, you must use your account’s Primary User ID to access Verizon Home Monitoring and Control.
Well, I only have one username and password on my account, so I would assume that is my PRIMARY USER ID. I have called support many times in the last week but keep getting the same answer, "It is being worked on".
Well, if it is being worked on with the same speed as the issue of Live Streaming no working, then we are all in trouble. That has been down since the begining of January.
So, once again I put my plea out to the powers that be at Verizon. If you want to drop the system then do so, but just give us the Username and Passwords for the cameras so we can take out business elsewhere.
