installed camera, light control and front door lock, cannot get the system to recognize the rear door lock - un paired and paired several times, disconnected batteries and tried again and it still isn't being recognized. What else should i try?

Have you unpaired/removed device using the webportal so that is shows the device in setup or shipping status and then rebooted your Gateway? Once the rebooted Gateway goes through, insert new batteries and the attempt to pair again.
Side note: You cannot pair the doorlock with the Remote Control but you can unpair the door lock with the Remote Control.

replaced the batteries still shows 0% battery life in my device list. have tried unpairing and pairing several times (rebooted the gateway) still can not get it to pair successfully, the batteries are functioning because the key pad and codes are working but i cannot unlock or lock the door via monitoring and control.
