Apple TV - Personal Hotspot

I'm planning on using the personal hotspot feature on my iPhone to connect my iPad and Apple TV in my MotorHome. I'm limited to 2GB thru my hotspot per month, while my phone has unlimited data. QUESTION: if I play a video stored (not from internet) on my iPad on my TV (thru Apple TV) Will I be using any of my 2GB data allowance? 2ND QUESTION: If I watch a movie on my phone (unlimited data) while connected to personal hotspot will I be using any of my 2GB hotspot data allowance? If answer is no, how about if I use AirPlay to watch the movie from my phone to my TV via the hotspot connected Apple TV?
