I am running Windows 7 U, 64-bit.
My router has UPnP enabled and port forwarding is set for 3540 and 1900.
I am still not able to use "Easy connect" for Remote assistance.
My firewall is off completely.
Has anybody managed to resolve similar problem?
Thnaks.

Did you try this?
On the computer that you want someone to connect to, follow these steps:
- Open System by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking System.
- Click Remote settings. ...
- Select the Allow Remote Assistance connections to this computer check box.

Sorry for the delay bu I had problems logging in to this forum.
Thanks for your involvement. I probably did not make myself clear enough.
That problem is that I am getting a message on my computer informing me that easy connect is not available.
It has nothing to do with a remote machine.
