We received no Welcome Kit when they installed FiOS TV/Internet/Home Phone. Is there a way to derive the Home Voice Mail system phone number?
I dialed the support number for FiOS and got frustrated shuttling from one center to another. What is the best path for Voice Mail support?
We were happy with our answering system. Can we jettison voice mail to save money, or does that mess up savings by packages?

We don't have FiOS, but this is the tool i used.
i typed in the phone number [P] and it replied with
the number [R] that i dial to retrieve voicemail.
The temporary passcode was the last four digits of
the number [P]. Once that was entered, the voice
menu guided me through set up.
We had no idea that we had the service, so it filled up with
117 voice messages over the past year.You would think
that it should be documented prominently for all users
to study.

Verizon's tech support voice portal systems have a feature that provides you your voice mail access number.

If you are have plain old telephone service:
- Call 1-800-Verizon.
- Confirming your telephone number.
- Say "Tech Support"
- Say "Telephone Service"
- Say "Voice Mail"
- Confirm (YES) Voice Mail Problem
- Say "forgot my access number"
The system will then provide you with your access number.

If you are a Fios Customer:
- Call 1-800-Verizon.
- Confirming your telephone number.
- Say "Tech Support"
- Say "NO" to .com questions.
- Say "Phone"
- Say "Voicemail"
The system will then provide you with your access number.
