I've tried all the jacks, I've tried different phones. I plugged the phone directly into the test port on the box they put in my closet, and it will ring while plugged into there. I have found NO online support for my phone service on the website at all, and I really don't want to sit on hold for another hour. Shouldn't the installer have tested this before he left??

Hey it seems like you was just installed and if it wasn't more than 30 days since getting FIOS but the phone rings at the test jack on the ONT then its a wiring issue inside your home because the phone doesn't ring at any of the jacks inside the house. If the install is still under warranty then you can call the FSC to have tech come out to fix the problem.
