I want to switch my tv/highspeed/home phone bundle to a tv/highspeed/cell phone package.
I have no idea how we would keep our high speed internet without a home phone connection though and I do not currently have a cell phone package.
What steps do I need to do to switch over and will it even be possible?
Hello huntreiter3...good news we do offer Dry Loop DSL which is DSL without voice service. You would have to have cell phone service already set up with Verizon Wireless before we could bundle your services together. If you plan on using your existing home line as your new cell line, you would have to call Verizon Wireless and have them set that up for you. Be advised that if you are currently in a contract with your tv/highspeed/home phone, removing your land line may cause you to terminate your contract and generate early termination fees.
I would suggest you call Verizon Wireless or visit one of our Verizon Wireless stores and find out if they can use your landline as your cell phone line. Once you find that out. Call into Verizon and talk to a customer service rep and see what the cost of a new bundle would be and if you would be breaking any contracts. 1 800 483-4000.

Just want to say we had our verizon home phone stopped and had that number of 20yrs. ported to my verizon cell and it was so easy to do and no problems to do it. It does take 7-10 days they told me but on the website I was given a date for the change over and sure enough that night at midnight I got a text on my cell alerting me the change over had happend and so far no problems with that number working on my cell so I am very happy how it all worked out.
