We have a CommSwitch 5500 switch in our voice line to switch fax calls from the telephone to the fax machine. After we upgraded our service to FiOS this switch has started randomly clicking like it does when a call is coming in, but there is no call coming in. Short of removing the switch from the circuit, is there some way to get rid of this random clicking?
