I would like to know if anyone else is having problems with their Verizon home phones? In the last month I have had to report an outage twice for at least 4 days at a time. They tell me it is a problem in the Verizon network. I have never had my landline drop calls like a cell phone. Around the same time my Verizon cell phone service went down hill also. It started dropping calls like crazy. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I am curious why both would be having problems at the same time.
