Hi, when I call people, the caller ID they see suddenly has an incorrect first name appearing. It is showing Ibrahim instead of Lyla. Verizon checked and says database looks ok, and that those who have wrong names showing up on their caller ID should contact their phone companies. I have 2 family members, one with TWC and the other with Verizon, and both show the same issue! Hence, the issue is not with those on the incoming side, but rather with my line, sending the info. In addition, I explained the above and the VZ rep annoyingly responds by asking me to contact Verizon. Please assist!

If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:

You can find tools on the Verizon Residential Support page that may help you diagnose your issue:

I don't understand your response. Are you copying and pasting off of the main Verizon support site? Do you think I cannot read? Did you read my message? I mentioned that I already contacted Verizon and was told everything looks OK. Why would you respond with the same dead end answer?
