When I was away for the weekend, calls to my home phone began to be automatically forwarded to my cell phone (not Verizon); when I check the website, it shows call forwarding not turned on. It doesn't appear to be a cell phone problem, so what gives, how to fix?

Do you have FIOS Digital Voice. If so there are several places you might have it turned on. For example you might have it set as the number when FIOS service goes out, as it did this week in Northern Virginia.

Yes I do have digital voice, and I assumed that the calls went there because service was out; my home phone is dead. How do I get this fixed? Thanks

It looks like your issue may require a Verizon representative to review your account details. Please contact our customer service team via live chat or email at: http://www22.verizon.com/content/contactus/
