Your sevice is terrible, no notification of local problems, you are next to impossible to reach by phone, I want credit for down time and will switch to someone else as soon as possible. I plan on going on facebook, liked-on and twitter as soon as I log off your misserable site. If I had a medical problen over this time I could be laying here dead instead of spending a sunday morning doing this, thanks for nothing. I have had friends stop to see if we are ok, no thanks to your company, we are.
