We've been waiting for 2 weeks for our phone service to be fixed. We're now up to 2 no-show appointments. Ticket now shows "no technician required" but an expected fix date of yesterday.
I have a Vonage order up on my PC and my finger is hovering over the "OK" button. You guys are about to get fired.
