Been with Verizon for 6 weeks. Rainy weather and suddenly, no dial tone. The first time we were told 5 day wait until tech appt. He finally shows up and says it's a "crossed wire" in the box at the street. Now again, same symptoms and A tech will be here in 5 days. Plus they want to charge me for forwarding the calls to my cell....am I a happy Verizon customer? Not so much.
