#646 does not work for me

Hello,

 

I got the Verizon FIOS triple play about a week ago, and added an international calling plan to india for ten dollars with my local business office. I wanted to find out how many minutes I had left on my international plan, and tried dialing #646 to no avail - I keep getting an error message telling me the number is incorrently dialed. I tried accessing this info on my My Verizon account page, but because its a new account I won't get access to my bill until a few weeks. What can I do in the meanwhile to get this info?
