Last night I ordered a 2nd phone line from Verizon for my kids.
I nevered received a confirmation email but checked my order and it says it was processed already.
So now that a bought a new telephone number to use, what's next?
How do I go about getting a phone to work with that new telephone number/line?
Furthermore, if my order status says "COMPLETED" then why do I still have these questions with no email or directions telling me what to do next?
