BILLING STATEMENT ISSUES!!!!

We are beyond frustrated with Verizon's inability to get its act together.  We have been dealing with problems with our FIOS service for well over a month.  First, they delayed our installation of FIOS because I called to add some equipment to our account.  Next, our home phone didn't work for over 30 days.  Now our "one bill" is all screwed up.  My wife and I have literaly spent hours on the phone with Verizon to no avail.  The only thing that seems to work is to FLAME you on this forum. 

WE HAD TO FLAME YOU TO GET MY INSTALLATION DATE RESET.  WE HAD TO FLAME YOU TO GET MY HOME PHONE WORKING. 

NOW, I AM HAVING ME TO FLAME YOU TO FIX MY BILL!!!!

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!  ARGGGGGGGGGG!
