I received my bill.. and it says this:

What does FIOS Double Freedom: Partial Month mean? And whats with the $28.39 additional charge? I paid $91 on my last bill.. Help Please.

Your service is billed one month in advance on every bill so a partial month is for the number of days you have had service before you were billed for the month in advance. Next month's bill will only show a one month service charge. When you end the service, you will receive credit for the number of days of service you were billed for but didn't use.
