Blocking a phone number with a landline phone

Is there anyway i can block a phone number from my home phone? if so how do i go about doing this? And also how many numbers can i block? Thank you!

If you have the call blocking feature, I believe the limit is 6 or 12 in my area. If you have digital voice I believe 10. The PDF link below is the guide for my region and is for Copper or POTS on FiOS, not digital voice.
