Blocking calls containing a leading prefix, e.g. 1-area code-000-0000

Can the subject types of numbers be blocked if they are on the blocked call list?  Is there a difference in how those numbers are handled versus numbers without the prefix?

SOME OF THE TIME.  If you can check if another number is listed on your phone for the call or on Your activity log at VERIZON (if you can access it).
