How do I sign-up for call assistant?  If I click on the link in my Verizon central page, it takes me to the setup bundle screen to order service.

Though, it sounds like your line may not be qualified for some reason.  When I clicked on the link in My verizon, it took me to an activation screen and not a bundle order screen.

If the link I gave you does the same thing, then call your local sales office and tell them you want it added to your account.

Did the same thing.  Spoke to an agent on chat and they told me to go to the voice config page and VCA was an option this time.  Told me it will take 24 hours to activate.  Thanks for your help though.
