Call indemnification

I don't want to be notified by email every time there is a call. I've unchecked the appropriate box in VSA but still get notified for every call.

I apologize you are having this problem. Its the Verizon Call Assistant (VCA) program that does that. The VCA tech support team can help you with this since you went through the normal means of turning it off and its not working. They can be reached at 1-888-483-5156.
