How do I set-up my caller id to where it will always send my phone number, and so that I don't have to dial *82 every call? Is there a way???

Someone must have but the Verizon feature Line Blocking on your phone which automatically blocks all outgoing caller ID information. Call your Verizon business office and tell them you want Line Blocking removed. Depending on who put it on your line and how long it has been on there I believe there may be a charge to have it removed, but if you explain you never really wanted it they probably won't charge you.
