I have tried searching for a solution to this, or if there is one. Our caller ID has stopped working the same. For example, my wifes work number now comes up as "out of area". Her work use to allways come up and is only 10 miles away. that work number still shows up on our friends caller id, and they are down the street from us. I tried asking verizon and all they said was to *87, then *77. That of coarse did nothing. Nothing has changed on our end.
Well just thought i would get some ideas before I call verizon again.
