I have some one/company with an 866 area code number which keeps calling my fax number... yet, there is no fax... Is there a way to determine if you callback a number, that excessive charges (ie. the calling number charges you for the call)..?? I have tried checking the yellow/white page reverse number searches with no result (except to pay U.S. Something?? a $25 fee)...!!!! and yes, I checked the Verizon pages before posting here.
