Twice today when I attempted to make a long-distance call within the US I received a message "Carrier access code is required, please enter carrier access code." I had never received this before but today I got it twice, and neither call went through. Why am I getting this message? I have an unlimited calling plan that provides for long-distance service to the areas I tried to call.
