I have recently placed an order for the FiOS Triple Freedom bundle online, but as a new customer (it would not let me through as an existing customer, as I am one). Therefore, my phone number is changing. But I do not want it to. I want it to stay the same; I'm just changing my plan. Does anyone know how to fix the order so my phone number does not change? It is serviced by Verizon.

If you are an existing Verizon customer and you are only changing your plan, there is no reason to change your number. Call customer service Monday AM and tell the CSR you want to retain your current number.
