I received May's bill eariler this month and noticed there was an increased of $52.25. Which was due to 19 calls made to 411 in the month of May which no one in my house made. There was another 411 call that was made today at 1:35pm EST but no one was home. Has anyone experience this with verizon landline phone? Because I want refund for these charges.
Does anyone know the direct email address that I can reach out to regarding this billing matter? I went thru the Support page but no direct email to reach to.
