Hello. Our apartment building was without landline telephone service from 10/29/11 to 12/31/11. Verizon dug up the sidewalk to fix the underground cable on 11/1/11. There was a dispute with the city about the permit required to fix the undergroundcable. The cable was finally repaired and service restored to the building on 12/31/11.
We've been calling to obtain credit from 10/29/11 to 12/31/11, but haven't all been successful. Verizon has indicated they need proof of the outage for each specific resident. The proof is the fact that Verizon dug a hole in the sidewalk on 11/1/11.
Please, can someone help us! Thank you!
