Contact Technical support for phone repair, and have them come back out... If recently installed, you should still be covered...

Thanks a lot. Verizon promised to dispatch a technecian on Oct 7th. Hope the problem will be solved. They will not charge me before the service is back to normal, right?

Billing is automatic... You "should" be prorated for the down time.... But I would consult with Billing about that, to make sure your "credit" is entered on the account.

10/6/2009 4:47:00 PM Your repair request was corrected in the outside telephone line.
The technician found that there was a "short" in the outside telephone.
Next is the billing problem. I was told by a Verizon rep that I have to call the prepare telephone to get the out of service credit.

if it means call the billing department, then it is correct
