Verizon's customer service is terrible:
How many times does someone have to ask for a supervisor before they get one?
How long does one have to spend on the phone before they can get a problem resolved?
How many times does can someone get transferred to the wrong department during the same call?
How much time can someone waste trying to fix a simple problem?
I don't have an answer to theses questions yet, because the numbers are still growing.
Verizon customer is incompetent !
