I have been struggling to try to get Verizon to fix an ongoing issue where my DND (do not disturb) continually resets. I do not use this function and would prefer it be shut off, however, each time I turn it off within 2-3 hours it's reset. Has anyone else had this problem? Verizon isn't able to figure out the fix and it would be helpful if someone else has or has had the same issue.
