I am at my wit's end. I have 3 phone line sin my house, and have had no dial tone for 7 days. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this fixed. Everyone is beyond polite, but it just isn't getting fixed. I can't seem to find anyone in an elevated capacity who can resolve this issue. I was given the Customer Relations number of 800-483-7988 option 3 and have left 4 message there.  I have spoken to Supervisors in Texas, California, Florida, Mexico, Ohio - they state they are in "chat sessions" with Network Technicians but I still have no dial tomes. I have had a technician at my house, he stated it was a Network issue, it was not an issue at my house.

Does anyone have a number or a contact that I can call besides the regular numbers on the websites? I work out of my home, so the loss of phone lines is a serious issue.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi MsMK,

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".  There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
