I recently moved but could only maintain my Verizon landline because Verizon does not provide cable service at my new location I still maintain my Verizon landline and wireless accounts. I wasn’t advised that I would be charged ev3n though I still have the landline. I was told to submit my request here. How do I process I waiver request? Thanks.
You don’t ask for a waiver here. You call 1-800-VERIZON and ask for billing services.

The process is seriously flawed.... when I attempt to submit the form online at the Verizon site, the automated response is that they are having an issue with the site and try again after 24 hours.
This has happened several times already and it is terrible customer service...
