I am using Verizon CA to send email alerts, but I am not using the desktop software. I am receiveing email alerts for calls, however I receive TWO emails for every call, one from fiosadmin@verizon.com and one from verizoncallassistant@core.verizon.com.
I only want one email for each call and one if there is a vmail.
Can anyone help?

Call1-888-483-5156 and they will disable it. Its a glitch
