FORGOT PASS CODE TO SUB MAILBOX

I CREATED A NEW SUB MAILBOX, AND FOR GOT MY PASS CODE. I TRIED USING MY GENERAL PASS CODE BUT IT DIDNT WORK. ANY CLUE HOW TO RESET IT SO I CAN CHECK MY MSGS?

it keeps telling me my login failed and to hit the back button for more support..im already logged in so i dont understand why this isnt working for me! Man Sad

well you can always open a live chat and or call 1-800 VERIZON. 

 

if you do a live chat, then have a copy of your bill handy, they usually ask me for my account number.
