Fios TV Voicemail

For the last two days when I go to my TV to listen to Voicemail messages,  the set top box turns off and there is a Verizon Fios  Download. Then the TV comes on but phone messages can't be heard on the TV. I can view the log of incoming and outgoung calls from the TV and see the list of voicemail calls. Also everytime I go on the Fios Digital Voicemail I have to check if I want or don't want parental controls. This has just started happening.

While I'm here with this problem I would like to say that very often ever since we've had this digital phone service (which has been quite some time) on the TV I often get the message that I can't get the information because I have no connections (check connectivity)---but I do in fact have connectivity. I go right back to repeat the process and I can view the voicemail and/or caller logs.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
