Fios internet does not cover entire house

I was assured by the technician that installed the router in my home that the service would be usable on my third floor and that a second router would be unnnescesary. He was incorrect as the internet connection is weak even on the second floor and non-existant on the third. I will not be going through the automated phone call as I know what is wrong with my service. I would like to schedule a maintenence request so that the second router I was assured was not needed can be installed on my third floor after running a second cable up the exterior side of my home as the technician explained could be done. Do not direct me to a phone number to call; respond to this request in text.

you have chat or phone to get in touch with Verizon.

verizon will not hook additional devices in your home. What you need are extenders or wiring inside your home installed. Both of which Fios does not do.
