For Shame Verizon

My elderly friend has no phone service and  virtually no internet service.  His service has been deteriorating for weeks and finally died a couple of days ago.  According to Verizon it is his responsibility, not theirs, to get access to a phone box that is in a different apartment building with a different landlord.  He has no cell phone and lives alone.  He spent Christmas without any way for people to reach him.

For shame Verizon.

Contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission and explain what happened. Verizon most certainly has access rights to their equipment no matter what or where they are located.
