Like other Verizon customers, I'm switching from a Triple Play to internet only service. I need to transfer my Verizon landline home phone to my cell phone with Cricket Wireless. How do I do this? All previous posts on this topic got the answer that an agent would contact them privately. Please contact me ASAP!

Just go to Cricket and tell them you want to add a line with you current number. The new company you are moving the number to will handle the porting process.

Cricket already told me they can't do it and to ask Verizon. Looks like I'll just lose the number.
