I recently changed services with Verizon and they added the call forwarding option. I looked up how to set this up and they never sent me any info aboiut it. They say to start by dialling *72, but every time I have tried calling that I get a busy signal. I also tried dialling 1172 as they suggested in the instrux, but same thing. I have tried it several times and days but its always the same. Any ideas what I need to do? Are the instrux I am using wrong? Thanks for any help.

It sounds like the feature is not turn on. Call the business office and have them check that it is programmed.
