I have signed up for Nomorobo but cannot find the place to enable it on the Verizon site. Can anyone help?
I don't have the activation buttonon Phone Management screen. I called support and they were not helpful at all. They told me that I should watch the video, and it should help me to set it up. Unfortunately, it does not do it.
What type of phone service do you have?
Traditional phone service or FiOS digital voice?
You have to have dual ring feature as part of your service.
