Is there a direct number to a supervisor? An email address?
I spoke with a customer service rep. this morning to get my internet/landline service changed to a new address later this month. She was having problems doing it and said she would call me back. She did but then continued to have problems and said she would call back. No call. In the meantime I have received a text that an order is pending to an incorrect new address. And my current address now has an incorrect apartment number. I have been on hold with the 800 number for an hour-and-a-half.
