Logging into my FiOS account, I can only see today's calls and no way to search for prior dates. The live chat told me to call 1-800-837-4966 and the wait queue is over one hour - currently at 44 minutes. Naturally, when one searches for information about call records or call logs, one get information about how to use the *star features. Live help may as well be "dead" help.
Any ideas as to how to get all records from a particulr 24-hour period would be appreciated.
