Today Iasked VErizon to change my date for disconnecting my phone to Feb 15 from Feb 9, sicne I am still trying to port my number out. Whilst changing the date, the bot also disconnected my phone.

 

Sicne then I have spent over 3 hours through variuos chats to get it restored. To no avail.

 

I AM NOW BEGGING ANOYONE WITH A BRAINA T VERIZON TO FIX AND RESTORE MY PHONE CONNECTION IMMEDIATELY SO i CAN PORT MY NUMBER. WITHOUT AN ACTVIE LINE, I CANNOT PORT MY NUMBER!!!]

 

HEEEEEEEELP!

I HAVE BEEN BEGGING ON THROUGH TEH CHAT TO FIND ME A SUPERVISOR TO FIX THE ISSUE. THE PERSON IS NOW TRYING TO SELL ME SOME OTHER STUFF!!!  I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS AT ALL!
