I have a bill I would like to pay on line. I bundles it with another number but had a balance left on it. I would like to pay it on line. I can access the info but when I go to 'pay bill' it takes to to some far away, way out in the boonies page... whats up?
If there is a number showing on your online account that is not active service (a disconnected number) you cannot pay by signing in because you are confusing the system. You can add and remove numbers from "My Profile". You can also pay without sign in if you have the account number and amount. Go to http://www.verizon.com and click on "Pay Bill" on the lower left side of this page under Manage My Account. DO NOT SIGN IN, but go below that area on this page and click the words "Pay Now" in the red outlined box and follow the system prompts.
