IS Caller ID on TV active in Delaware yet?

I live in Claymont DE was wondering if Caller ID on TV available yet in my area? as it doesn't show in my settop box settings - just wondering

Hi ggma1126! Sorry but it's not available in your area currently, and I have no estimated time of arrival as of yet. We do send out announcements in your bill and on our websites, so view them periodically. Thanks for reaching out!
