My phone line was not working last month (was not receiving call or couldnt make any phone calls). Called verizon for help, couldnt fix it through phone. SO they told me they will send a tech guy to check and fix it. Receiving following month's bill, i got charged for $99 for the support i needed so the phone line would work!!!! HOW IS THIS RIGHT??? First, I was not informed about this charge. I would decline a tech and wouldnt care if my home phone would not work then if i knew. Second, why would you charge if you need to provide service if something isnt working??? ILLEGAL!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!
