Does anyone know why these two features cannot be simultaneously activated? I tried to block calls from some numbers but when I went to activate it Digital Voice told be I had to disable Call Notification. I want to use both!

What manufacturer and model is your set top box?
My set top box is a motorola QIP7100 and I am able to have the Incoming Call block and Call Notification on at the same time. (The Call Notification is actually "Caller ID - alert display setting" for me)
My set top box is connected to the splitter with bidirectional support for updates via router.
Does your set top box get the updates via router?
You can. I have both enabled and don't recall having any problem setting them up.
I assume you are referring to voice mail notifications not caller ID. Though my answer would be the same as I have all three enabled.
